Tim Tom directs the property management activities of Guggenheim Realty Group, Inc. He manages a portfolio of properties consisting of medical, professional office, industrial parks, biotech/RD, and retail centers in Northern California. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, marketing, renovation, fiscal operations, and contracting. He places an emphasis on development and retention through providing superior communication, service and building lasting relationships. Prior to joining the Guggenheim Group, he worked in the nonprofit sector as a development director. In the local community, he serves as a housing commissioner for the City of San Jose and is involved in local politics and government. Tim is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor in Political Science and is a licensed as a real estate salesperson in the State of California. Tim is a NAR Green Designee and has a CAR property management certification.
