Eric joined Guggenheim Realty Group, Inc. in 2010. He oversees sales and leasing for commercial assets. His list of clients spans a broad set of companies ranging in size from small local businesses to private equity firms. Eric began his real estate career at Coldwell Banker and more recently was Realtor Partner at Kirkley, a boutique commercial real estate asset management company. His prior experience includes a 10 year career in sales and senior management positions in the enterprise software and hardware industries. Eric is a graduate of St. Mary's College of California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Economics and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California.
