Allen has provided corporate and financial management for over 45 years. His early experience includes executive management positions for computer software and aerospace companies. From 1971 to 1985, he was president and chairman of the board of Information Management International, a company that supplied computerized software, database, and accounting services for financial, real estate, and health care organizations. Allen is President of Guggenheim Realty Group, Inc. and has been an officer and a partner of KG Real Estate, Inc and Triad Investment Group since their inception in 1985. His primary responsibilities include sales, leasing, property management, and the day-to-day operations of Guggenheim Realty Group. His impressive real estate skills stem from his experience and knowledge in the field. Allen also has over forty years of experience volunteering his management and financial skills for several non-profit organizations, many of which he has served as President. He received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and has completed graduate work in business administration and real estate. Allen is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
