Allen has provided corporate and financial management for over forty-five years. His early experience includes executive management positions for computer software and aerospace companies. From 1971 to 1985, he was president and chairman of the board of Information Management International, a company that supplies computerized software, database, and accounting services for financial, real estate, and health care organizations. Allen is President of Guggenheim Realty Group, Inc. and has been an officer and a partner of KG Real Estate, Inc and Triad Investment Group since their inception in 1985. His primary responsibilities include sales, leasing, property management, and the day-to-day operations of Guggenheim Realty Group. His impressive real estate skills stem from his experience and knowledge in the field. Allen also has over forty years of experience volunteering his management and financial skills for several non-profit organizations, many of which he has served as President. He received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and has completed graduate work in business administration and real estate. Allen is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.

Eric joined Guggenheim Realty Group, Inc. in 2010. He oversees sales and leasing for commercial assets. His list of clients spans a broad set of companies, ranging in size from small local businesses to private equity firms. Eric began his real estate career at Coldwell Banker and more recently was Realtor Partner at Kirkley, a boutique commercial real estate asset management company. His prior experience includes a 10 year career in sales and senior management positions in the enterprise software and hardware industries. Eric is a graduate of St. Mary's College of California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Economics and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California.

Stephen Guggenheim focuses on buyer and tenant representation services including transaction management, market analyses and negotiations for clients throughout the Silicon Valley and the Bay area. Steve joined Guggenheim Realty Group, Inc. in 2007 having over 13 years of experience in property management. Previously, Steve had an extensive career as a world renowned opera singer having sung from the San Francisco Opera to London's Royal Albert Hall and the L'Opera d'Lyon, France among many others. Steve received a Bachelor of Music degree from San Jose State University and a Master of Music degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music before continuing his studies at the Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena, Italy. Steve, a bay area native, is also an accomplished Cantor having served Temple Beth Jacob in Redwood City, California and Temple Emanu-El in San Jose, California.

Joel has been involved in multi-family residential and commercial real estate for the past twenty five years. For the last ten years, Joel has been President of ABL Properties, Inc. in which he oversees the day-to-day operations of 886 apartment units (nine properties) and 250,000 square feet of commercial space. In addition to overseeing daily operations, his responsibilities include the acquisition and dispositions of properties, long-term financing, and fiscal management. Under his guidance, ABL smoothly managed the sale and transition of five properties (1028 units) in 2007 to three institutional buyers. Joel started his career in construction management working in large scale project management for Barry Swenson Builders and Archstone Communities. In 2001, Joel joined KG Real Estate as a Sales/Leasing Associate and headed the project management for tenant improvements. While at KG, he also managed the development of a new multi-family development and one historical commercial renovation project. Joel has a BSBA from Chapman University and an MBA from the University of Oregon. In his “spare” time Joel is very active as an officer of a number of non-profit organizations and currently as Co-President of the Jewish Federation of Silicon Valley. Joel is a licensed sales associate in the state of California.

Mike is the senior Residential Properties Broker at Guggenheim Realty Group, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience marketing residential properties in Santa Clara County as well as helping prospective buyers find and purchase their new homes. Before joining the Guggenheim Group, Mike was the Broker and manager of Referral Realty, a large regional residential brokerage company, where he managed over 40 agents. He was awarded a coveted designation as a Certified Residential Broker through the National Association of Realtors. Mike also served on many committees of the local real estate boards and taught the many facets of the residential real estate business for many years.

Tim Tom directs the property management activities of Guggenheim Realty Group, Inc. He manages a portfolio of properties consisting of medical, professional office, industrial parks, biotech/R&D, and retail centers in Northern California. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, marketing, renovation, fiscal operations and contracting. He places an emphasis on development and retention through providing superior communication, service and building lasting relationships. Prior to joining the Guggenheim Group, he worked in the nonprofit sector as a Development Director. In the local community, he serves as a housing commissioner for the City of San Jose and is involved in local politics and government. Tim is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor in Political Science and is a licensed as a real estate salesperson in the State of California. Tim is a NAR Green Designee and has a CAR property management certification.
